For 20 years, Mood has been working with The Co-op, one of the UK’s biggest food retailers. The constant challenge has been to entertain customers whilst informing them about promotional offers.
Across 2,500 sites, Mood has created two “as-live” radio channels. With almost 20 specific promotional periods throughout the year, Co-op works closely with Mood to produce their very own radio show, which is regularly interspersed by promotional product information and links to their social media campaigns, in order to increase customers and staff engagement.
Due to the success of the unique in-store radio channel, Mood now produce and create Co-Op’s national radio advert campaigns, along with significant audio visual work for Co-Op’s warehouse network. Mood’s solutions do not stop there, as over 600 stores are supported with a robust digital signage solution, showcasing dynamic messaging for Co-op’s diversity and sustainability values, and adding revenue streams through third-party on-screen advertising.
