Summer 2019: Nissan planned to launch a new and exciting experience on their first ‘City Hub’ flagship store, at Velizy 2 shopping centre, Paris. Following the successful long-term partnership, Nissan commissioned Mood Media’s Advanced Solutions Group to deliver an eye-catching impact for the brand, positively disrupting the shoppers’ journey and widening the standard showroom demographics.

 

Mood’s multi-zone touch point approach turns Nissan’s City Hub into an state-of-art phygital space. Interactive screens with call-to-action content invite customers to discover the brand at their own pace. The ultra-definition LED installation goes from wall to ceiling to fascia, perfectly aligned on a very long span, displaying futuristic and elegant animations that lures customers into the store. In fact, the amount of LED in that relatively small area can actually change the atmosphere of the full room and that was taken into consideration when creating the visual content. Associates with tablets complement the experience with a personalised service offer.
